Tasting

Enjoy our chocolates at an ambient temperature of 20°C. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, in order to allow the flavors of chocolate to express themselves to the best of their ability. You can keep our chocolates in a dry and cool place, (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bin at the bottom of your refrigerator, after having protected your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take out the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting them).

These are delicious and the presentation is gorgeous. However, having ordered these a few years ago I notice that these current versions are much, much smaller than they used to offer — for the same price. This was a disappointment because I am no longer comfortable giving just one as a gift. And no, I did not read the weight…I based my buying decision on the wonderful truffles I bought a few years ago. Thought they’d be the same size. Still, they are delicious beyond belief. I love them very much.
