Savor our decadent dome-shaped chocolate zabaglione cake, featuring a rich Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée center and an old-fashioned praliné dacquoise biscuit. Elegantly decorated with a glossy dark chocolate glaze and topped with candied hazelnuts, a vanilla bean pod, and luxurious gold leaf.
Maison Entremets are handcrafted each morning in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.
*Please note, pâtissière orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for in-store pickup. Select pastries are unavailable for messenger or home delivery services.
Enjoy our entremet cakes at a room temperature of 20°C (~68°F). If refrigerated, remove the entremet cake 30 minutes prior to serving.

Founded in Paris 1977 from the creative energy of visionary chocolatier, Robert Linxe. This "ganache wizard" was the first to express chocolate in all its nuances, freed from an excess of cream and sugar.
