La Maison du Chocolat has elevated the ganache to an art form, blending crème fleurette with finely chopped chocolate enhanced with fruit puree, delicate infusions, or showcasing the perfect simplicity of pure cocoa. The praliné is another integral part of La Maison's signature taste, crafted with roasted nuts caramelized to perfection and mixed with fine ingredients like fleur de sel or crispy crêpe dentelle.
Crafted in small batches, each piece is meticulously hand-cut, coated, and decorated using traditional methods within the outskirts of Paris at our chocolate atelier in Nanterre, France.

Enjoy our chocolate at a room temperature of 20°C, accompany your tasting with mineral water to allow the flavors of the chocolate to best express themselves. We recommend storing our chocolate in a dry, cool environment (18°C) in their original packaging. If refrigerated, please bring the chocolate to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.

Founded in Paris 1977 from the creative energy of visionary chocolatier, Robert Linxe. We fell in love with La Maison chocolate when staying in Paris - on the same block as their store. It became a daily ritual to stop by for a selection of their wonderful chocolate. We prefer dark chocolate and their selection and flavors are sublime. Great chocolate from a company that also provides great service.
