Tell me when the product is back in stockNicolas Cloiseau, chef at La Maison du Chocolat, reinvents the ganache in a new airy and frosty recipe. The concept? Mousse ganache bonbons that can either be enjoyed frozen or at room temperature. The airy mousse ganache is balanced by the crunchy sensation of chilled chocolate. Experience new flavor profiles depending on the served temperature. Discover our four dual flavored bonbons: Double Vanilla, Caramel - Fleur de Sel, Peach - Apricot, and Strawberry - Basil.
Right after you purchase it, you can enjoy your ganache cubes at room temperature of 20°C. The maximum storage date at this temperature is written on the back of the box.
You can also enjoy them frozen by placing them in your freezer. Either immediately after purchase, or later but before the maximum freezer date listed on the back of the box.
Once frozen, enjoy the frozen ganache cubes straight out of the freezer. You have two months of storage in the freezer. If you take out the box, put it back in the freezer quickly so the ganache pieces do not completely defrost.Â
Founded in Paris from the creative energy of visionary chocolatier, Robert Linxe. This "ganache wizard" was the first to express chocolate in all its nuances, freed from an excess of sugar or cream. More than 45 years later, La Maison continues to embody the ingenuity of its founder through a passionate team of chocolatiers led by chef Nicolas Cloiseau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier.
The creations of La Maison du Chocolat are born out of French artisanal savior-faire, 100% handmade with noble ingredients and traceble cacao. Timeless, audacious and as committed as ever, La Maison du Chocolat works with an equitable and sustainable cacao sector to protect nature and those who cultivate it.

The sales said chocolate would taste like hard candy after freezing them. They actually taste just like regular chocolate…don’t feel anything special from the texture perspective
