The sophistication in a snacking chocolate bar, an innovation to register our chocolates in the new consumer snacking trends. The obsession with the biscuit: shortbread chips incorporated into the almond and hazelnut praline; in juxtaposition of roasted almonds in sticks, soft raisins and dark chocolate pearls amalgarmate and retain their crunch under the avalanche of chocolate.
Enjoy our chocolate at a room temperature of 20°C, accompany your tasting with mineral water to allow the flavors of the chocolate to best express themselves. We recommend storing our chocolate in a dry, cool environment (18°C) in their original packaging. If refrigerated, please bring the chocolate to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.

I am finding that the flavor is too mild.....the dark chocolate needs to be more intense. The sample of milk chocolate I was given with the purchase was even more mild. Flavors really need to be sharpened.
