For chocolate novices and connoisseurs alike, this gift box is the perfect introduction or re-introduction to our delicious Maison specialties.

At its core, this gift box houses our praliné sensations in two options: a mythical heart of almond-hazelnut praliné, padded with fragments of crêpes dentelle, and an almond-praliné mendiant, with slivers of caramelized almonds, roasted hazelnuts, pistachios and candied oranges.

To complement the praliné recipe are two bouchées, one of hazelnut chips enrobed in milk and dark chocolate, and one exclusive recipe of dark 75% pure origin Bélize chocolate, accented by chocolate covered almond Amandas and hazelnut Avelinas.

To share or enjoy alone, this box makes the perfect gift for the 2023 Chinese New Year.

Taste our chocolates at a room temperature of 68°F. Accompany your tasting with mineral water, to let the flavors of the chocolate express themselves at their best. You can store our chocolates in a dry and cool place (64°F) in their original packaging, or in the tray at the bottom of your fridge, after protecting your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before tasting them).
