Master Tseng is one of the world's most renowned tea experts. In China, she selects and buys the leaf in person, then coordinates production of the tea itself. In Taiwan, she owns her own gardens. Since 1995 Master Tseng has been sharing her passion with tea drinkers from around the world through her shop, a real treasure trove containing nearly 1000 little- known varieties of tea, some of which were in danger of becoming lost forever.
