How do you create new flavors ?
La Maison du Chocolat regularly invents new associations. We listen to our customers, and the sensitivity of the creator Robert LINXE and his creative team, are assets in enabling us to invent new balances. In any event, it is only when the balance is perfect that the product is launched in our boutiques.
How do you obtain the right balances ?
It is a long term process. It also requires a thorough knowledge of the different aromas of the cocoa beans, so that combining them and associating them with natural flavors, will produce a subtly balanced chocolate of great quality.
Who tests the products before they are launched ?
A small committee of La Maison du Chocolat staff selected by Robert LINXE, who have a profound knowledge of La Maison du Chocolat products.
